We are situated only 100 yards approx. from Paignton Beach, the seafront, pier and close to the harbour & level walking distance of the town. There are plenty of good resuaurants and cafes very close by.

There are many fun family activities to enjoy in Paignton and also accross the bay in Torquay and Brixham and the surrrounding areas;
