We are 100 yards level walk to town centre and beach, very close to the harbour and central to all amenities.  The coach and rail station are just a short walk away.  There are many excellent cafes and restaurants close by and Paignton Green is always bustling with activities throughout the summer season.  There is always something to do or see in our lovely seaside resort.
